Todayboard is a calendar widget for iPhone with no subscription. It reads the calendars already on your phone — iCloud, Google, Outlook — and shows what's next, right where you already look. Read-only. Nothing leaves your phone.

Questions people ask

Is there an iPhone calendar widget without a subscription or ads?
Yes. Todayboard's Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and there are no ads. A Small widget with today's events is free forever.

Does it work with Google Calendar or Outlook?
Yes, through your iPhone’s Calendar. Todayboard reads the calendars set up on your iPhone. If you only use the Google Calendar app, first add your Google account in Settings → Apps → Calendar → Calendar Accounts → Add Account (two minutes, once — add both work and personal accounts if you have them). A direct Google connection is planned for a future update.

Can I show only my work calendar?
Yes, with Pro you choose which calendars appear in the widget, and you can hide all-day events like birthdays and holidays.

Can the widget show tomorrow or the whole week?
With Pro, the Medium widget shows today and tomorrow side by side and the Large widget shows up to 7 days ahead.

Does Todayboard change or upload my events?
No. Calendar access is read-only, and your events are never sent anywhere.

Connecting Google Calendar directly (coming soon)

In an upcoming update you will be able to sign in to your Google account from inside the app and read your events, without adding the account in iPhone Settings first. It is in testing now.

• What it reads: your email address (to tell connected accounts apart), your calendar list and your events from today through the next 14 days. They are used only to show your schedule in the widget and the app.
• Read-only: it never creates, changes or deletes events.
• Stays on your iPhone: your iPhone reads from Google directly, with no developer server in between. Your events are never shared, and never used for advertising or to train AI.
• Disconnect any time: disconnecting in the app's settings also revokes access at Google and deletes the events stored on the device.
