What you record

Everything you record in the app (dates, concert titles, ensembles, halls, seats, programmes, photos and notes) is stored only on your own device. No one else, including the developer, can read it. Your notification settings, the ensembles you follow and the country you choose are also stored only on your device. You can export your records at any time from Settings → Export. Deleting the app deletes the records on your device.

Anonymous usage

To improve the app, it sends the following anonymous records to a server operated by the developer (version 1.6 and later):

• The kind of action taken, such as opening the app, saving a concert or opening the ledger
• That the paid-tier prompt was shown, and which screen triggered it
• The number of concerts recorded and the number of ensembles followed (never their names or contents)
• That a widget was displayed, and its size
• App version, OS version and language setting
• A random identifier generated on the device (deleted together with the app)
• The country of the connection (the IP address is not stored)

The following are never sent:

• What you record (concert titles, ensembles, halls, seats, programmes, notes, photos)
• Your name, e-mail address, phone number, postal address or any other contact details
• The advertising identifier (IDFA) or the vendor identifier (IDFV)
• Location
• IP address

These records are not used for advertising or ad measurement and are not shared with third parties. You can stop sending at any time in the app under Settings › Privacy › "Share anonymous usage". Turning it off also deletes anything not yet sent from the device.

Concert catalogue

On-sale dates are fetched once a day from a fixed public address operated by the developer. No identifier or user information is sent with this request.

Apple Music practice playlists

(Version 1.10 and later) Only when you tap “Make a prep playlist in Apple Music”, the app searches the Apple Music catalogue using the composer and work names in the programme and creates a playlist in your Apple Music library. This happens between your device and Apple through Apple’s MusicKit; it does not pass through the developer’s server, and the developer never receives the programme or your library contents. Access to Apple Music requires your permission the first time and can be revoked at any time in iOS Settings. Apple handles this information under Apple’s Privacy Policy. Anonymous usage includes only that a playlist was made and how many pieces were found (never titles or works).

Purchases

Purchases are processed by Apple's App Store. The developer never receives your payment details.
