Datto（以下「本アプリ」）は、利用者が入力したイベント情報（名称・日付・色・メモ・カテゴリー名）を、 利用者の端末内にのみ保存します。本アプリはこれらの情報を開発者のサーバーへ送信せず、 第三者へ提供しません。
iCloud 同期をオンにした場合に限り、これらの情報は利用者ご自身の iCloud （Apple が提供する iCloud Key-Value ストア）に保存され、同じ Apple アカウントでサインインした 利用者ご自身の端末の間でのみ同期されます。開発者はこの内容を閲覧できません。 同期はアプリ内でいつでもオフにできます。
作成画面の「カレンダーから選ぶ」を使う場合に限り、利用者の許可を得たうえで、端末のカレンダーに 登録されている予定（名称・日付）を読み取ります。読み取った内容は、利用者が選んだ1件の名称と日付を 本アプリのイベントとして端末内に保存するためだけに使い、カレンダーの内容を開発者のサーバーへ送信したり、 第三者へ提供したりすることはありません。本アプリがカレンダーに書き込むことはありません。 カレンダーへのアクセスは、iPhone の「設定」からいつでも取り消せます。
作成画面の「連絡先から選ぶ」を使う場合に限り、利用者の許可を得たうえで、端末の連絡先に 登録されている名前と誕生日を読み取ります。読み取った内容は、利用者が選んだ1件の名前と誕生日を 本アプリのイベントとして端末内に保存するためだけに使い、連絡先の内容を開発者のサーバーへ送信したり、 第三者へ提供したりすることはありません。本アプリが連絡先に書き込むことはありません。 連絡先へのアクセスは、iPhone の「設定」からいつでも取り消せます。
バージョン 1.7 から、本アプリの改善のため、以下の匿名の記録を開発者のサーバーへ送信します。 バージョン 1.6 以前は何も送信していません。

この記録は広告の配信や広告効果の測定には使用せず、第三者のデータブローカーへ提供することも ありません。他社のトラッキング用データと結び付けることもありません。第三者の解析 SDK は 組み込んでいません。
送信は、アプリ内の「設定」＞「プライバシー」＞「匿名の利用状況を送る」からいつでも 停止できます。停止すると、まだ送信していない分も端末から削除されます。

Datto ("the app") stores the events you enter (name, date, colour, note, category name) only on your device. The app does not send them to the developer's servers and does not share them with third parties.
Only if you turn on iCloud sync, this information is stored in your own iCloud (the iCloud key-value store provided by Apple) and synced only between your own devices signed in with the same Apple Account. The developer cannot see this content. You can turn sync off in the app at any time.
Only when you use "Choose from Calendar" on the create screen, and only with your permission, the app reads the events (name and date) in your device's calendar. What it reads is used only to save the name and date of the one event you pick as an event in the app, on your device. Calendar content is never sent to the developer's servers or shared with third parties. The app never writes to your calendar. You can revoke Calendar access at any time in iPhone Settings.
Only when you use "Choose from Contacts" on the create screen, and only with your permission, the app reads the names and birthdays in your device's contacts. What it reads is used only to save the name and birthday of the one contact you pick as an event in the app, on your device. Contact information is never sent to the developer's servers or shared with third parties. The app never writes to your contacts. You can revoke Contacts access at any time in iPhone Settings.
Since version 1.7, to improve the app, the following anonymous records are sent to the developer's server. Version 1.6 and earlier sent nothing.

These records are not used to serve or measure advertising, are not sold or given to data brokers, and are not linked with any third party's tracking data. No third-party analytics SDK is included.
You can stop sending at any time in the app under Settings > Privacy > "Share anonymous usage". Stopping also deletes any records not yet sent from the device.
