Museday（以下「本アプリ」）は、お気に入りにした絵・ウィジェットの設定・表示の設定・Pro の購入状態を、端末内の本アプリ専用の領域にだけ保存します。開発者のサーバーへ送ることはなく、第三者に提供することもありません。アカウントも広告もありません。

絵と解説

365枚の絵と解説はアプリに同梱されており、表示のために通信することはありません。絵はシカゴ美術館（Art Institute of Chicago）とメトロポリタン美術館（The Metropolitan Museum of Art）がパブリックドメイン（CC0）として公開している画像、解説はシカゴ美術館の文章（CC BY 4.0）とその翻訳です。どの絵を見たかを記録したり送ったりすることはありません。

匿名の利用状況

本アプリの改善のため、以下の匿名の記録を開発者のサーバーへ送信します。

この記録は広告の配信や広告効果の測定には使用せず、第三者のデータブローカーへ提供することもありません。他社のトラッキング用データと結び付けることもありません。第三者の解析 SDK も広告 SDK も組み込んでいません。

送信は、アプリの設定（歯車）＞「匿名の利用状況を送る」からいつでも停止できます。停止すると、まだ送信していない分も端末から削除されます。

Your data

Museday ("the app") stores the paintings you favorite, your widget settings, your display settings and your Pro purchase status only on your device, in the app's own container. The app does not send them to the developer's servers and does not share them with third parties. There is no account and no advertising.

Paintings and texts

All 365 paintings and their texts are bundled with the app; no network connection is used to show them. The images are public-domain (CC0) images published by the Art Institute of Chicago and The Metropolitan Museum of Art; the texts are by the Art Institute of Chicago (CC BY 4.0) and their translations. The app never records or sends which paintings you look at.

Anonymous usage

To improve the app, the following anonymous records are sent to the developer's server.

That the app was opened, and that a painting's text was opened (at most once a day; never which painting)
That a widget was displayed and its size; that a locked view was shown and why; that a locked view was tapped
That the guide for adding a widget was shown
Which screen showed the Pro offer, and which feature triggered it; purchase and restore attempts and whether they succeeded
Whether Pro has been purchased
App version, OS version and language setting
A random identifier generated on the device (deleted when you delete the app)
The country of the connection (IP addresses are not stored)

The following are never sent:

Which paintings you look at or favorite
Contact details such as name, email address, phone number or postal address, or your Apple ID
Advertising identifier (IDFA) or device identifier (IDFV)
Location
IP address

These records are not used to serve or measure advertising, are not sold or given to data brokers, and are not linked with any third party's tracking data. No third-party analytics SDK and no advertising SDK is included.

You can stop sending at any time from Settings (gear) > "Share anonymous usage". Stopping also deletes any records not yet sent from the device.
