Todayboard Privacy Policy

English version of the policy above. If the two differ, the Japanese text is authoritative.

Your data

Todayboard ("the app") stores your calendar events (read-only; they never leave the device) and display settings (range, selected calendars) only on your device, in the app's own container. The app does not send them to the developer's servers and does not share them with third parties. There is no account and no advertising.

If you connect a Google account

Only when you choose "Connect Google", and through Google's own sign-in screen, the app reads the following from your Google account:

• Your email address (to show and tell apart the connected accounts)
• Your calendar list (names and colors, shown in the calendar picker)
• Your events (title, start and end time, all-day flag, location, meeting link and your response, for today and the next 14 days, shown in the widget and the app. Your response is used only to hide events you declined. Event notes are read only to find a meeting link and are not stored)

Access is read-only. The app never creates, changes or deletes your Google calendars or events.

The device talks to Google directly; nothing passes through the developer's servers. The data and the sign-in token are stored only on your device (in the app's own container and the Keychain). They are never sent to the developer, never shared with or sold to third parties, and never used for advertising or to train AI or machine-learning models. The developer never sees your events.

You can disconnect an account at any time in the app's settings. Disconnecting revokes the app's access at Google and deletes that account's token and events from the device. You can also revoke access from "Third-party apps & services" in your Google Account (myaccount.google.com/connections). Deleting the app also deletes the data on the device.

Todayboard's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Anonymous usage

To improve the app, the following anonymous records are sent to the developer's server.

• The kind of action taken, such as opening the app
• Which screen showed the Pro offer, and which feature triggered it
• That a widget was displayed, and its size
• Whether calendar access was granted (never the content)
• Whether a Google account was connected, and how many (never the address)
• App version, OS version and language setting
• A random identifier generated on the device (deleted when you delete the app)
• The country of the connection (IP addresses are not stored)

The following are never sent:

• Your content — event titles, times, attendees or calendar names (including anything read from Google)
• Contact details such as name, email address, phone number or postal address
• Advertising identifier (IDFA) or device identifier (IDFV)
• Location
• IP address

These records are not used to serve or measure advertising, are not sold or given to data brokers, and are not linked with any third party's tracking data. No third-party analytics SDK is included.

You can stop sending at any time from Settings (gear) > Privacy > "Share anonymous usage". Stopping also deletes any records not yet sent from the device.
